All submissions are treated as confidential and exploratory. The purpose of this initial review is to assess whether a site aligns with our planning-led approach and whether a partnership may be appropriate.

What We Look For
We typically review land that may have potential for:
- Residential or mixed-use development
- Strategic land with medium to long-term planning prospects
- Edge-of-settlement or underutilised sites
- Sites suitable for land promotion or phased planning uplift
Each site is assessed individually, based on planning policy, constraints, location, and deliverability.
